• OSINT Investigation Center
• OSINT Mass Profiler
• Port Security Center
• OSINT Geo Profiler
• Custom intelligence solutions
• Training and consultation services

Our services are intended exclusively for legitimate security, law enforcement, and intelligence purposes. Users must:

• Have proper legal authority to conduct investigations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect privacy rights and data protection requirements
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain appropriate security clearances where required

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy
• Collection of data for illegal purposes
• Violation of intellectual property rights

Belgian Private Investigations Act (PIA)

Users must comply with the Belgian PIA, including:

• Obtaining proper licensing where required
• Following investigation procedures and protocols
• Respecting subject rights and notification requirements

GDPR Compliance

All data processing must comply with EU GDPR requirements:

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

ESPY Belgium provides services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uninterrupted access to services
• Fitness for particular purposes or use cases
• Results or outcomes of investigations

Users are responsible for verifying information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Illegal or unauthorized use of services
• Security breaches or suspicious activities
• Non-payment of fees or charges
• Loss of required licenses or authorizations

These terms are governed by Belgian law and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium. Users consent to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts for all matters relating to these terms and our services.
